Pharmacological properties:

ATP-Long is the original drug new class of substances, which molecule consists of adenosine-5'-triphosphate (ATP), the amino acids histidine and magnesium and potassium salts, and also has a characteristic only for its pharmacological action that is not in any of its other chemical components. Long-ATP stimulates energy metabolism, the activity of cell membranes iontransportnyh systems, normalizes the concentration of potassium and magnesium ions, the antioxidant improves myocardial protection system, reduces the concentration of uric acid. ATP-Long possess antiischemic, membrane stabilizing, antiarrhythmic effect due to the normalization of metabolic processes in the myocardium during ischemia and hypoxia, improves indices of central and peripheral hemodynamics, coronary circulation, increases myocardial contractility, left ventricular function and cardiac output, which leads to an improvement of physical efficiency, to reduce the frequency of angina attacks and shortness of breath during exercise. The drug restores normal sinus rhythm in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and supraventricular, with fibrillation and atrial flutter, and reduces ectopic foci of activity (atrial and ventricular premature beats).

drug administered in the combined treatment of:
coronary artery disease, unstable angina, angina at rest and stress;
and postinfarction myocarditic Cardiosclerosis (diffuse and focal Cardiosclerosis);
paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and other supraventricular arrhythmias;
vascular dystonia;
chronic fatigue syndrome;
hyperuricemia different origin;
to improve exercise tolerance.

ATP-Long take sublingual tablets and kept under the tongue until complete resorption. Single dose - 10-40 mg 3-4 times a day regardless of the meal. The course of treatment - an average of 20-30 days (determined by the physician). If necessary, repeat the treatment after 10-15 days. The maximum daily dose - 160 mg.
